Victor Au is an Associate with The Mason Group’s Contract division. Prior to joining the company, Victor worked as an HR Coordinator with a multinational firm where he engaged in full cycle recruiting and training development as well as spearheaded programs designed to attract new graduates.

Within his over six years of corporate and agency recruiting experience, Victor has also acted as an HR consultant in the IT and manufacturing sectors, and has worked at a national recruiting agency in the finance division for both contract and permanent placements.

Victor is dedicated to offering strategic guidance to assist his candidates with achieving their career goals, and has a keen ability to assess his candidate’s skill sets and talents to find the right fit. Because of his strong mix of recruiting and human resources experience, Victor truly understands both client and candidate perspectives which enables him to consistently deliver winning outcomes for both.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
