Alicia McKay is a Senior Associate with The Mason Group. Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Alicia has worked and gained experience in a variety of progressive accounting and finance positions within the Entertainment and Food Distribution industries.

Alicia’s experience as a Finance professional, combined with outstanding interpersonal skills, provides her with the natural ability to deliver strong customer service levels to find a win-win situation for both clients and candidates.

After obtaining a diploma in Business Administration, Accounting major, from Humber College, Alicia went on to obtain her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Ryerson University. In 2006, Alicia obtained her Certified Management Accounting designation.
