Alia is a Senior Search Consultant with The Mason Group Permanent division. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Alia had pursued a career in public accounting at KPMG where she worked with multinational energy, mining and automotive clients. Because of her passion for the recruitment process, matching Accounting and Finance talent with corporate staffing needs was a natural transition for Alia.

She is committed to add value by leveraging her knowledge of Finance and Accounting to fully comprehend clients' long-term corporate goals and candidates' career interests. This deep-rooted understanding ensures she will propose recommendations that meet or exceed client and candidate objectives.

Alia graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, minoring in Business Law from Ryerson. She is currently pursuing her CA designation.

Alia is a self-professed globetrotter, and has traveled extensively throughout Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean.
