Rob joined The Mason Group Contract division in November of 2012. Rob has over 10 years of experience in the placement of mid to senior Finance and Accounting professionals on an Interim or Contract Basis.

Prior to joining The Mason Group, Rob was a Prinicpal at a Mid-Size firm that specialized in placing Accounting Professionals strictly on an Interim /Contract Business. He was consistently recognized as a top performer and he quickly moved up in the firm, managing the Recruitment function and eventually heading up the Business Development team. Rob is extremely passionate about the business. His genuine desire to see his Clients and Consultants succeed is what has made him successful for more than a decade.

Rob’s career in Finance & Accounting began at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he worked for 3 years before moving into the Recruitment industry. During this time he worked in the Audit and Assurance group specializing in the Real Estate and Service industries.

Rob obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Accounting. He is a Board Member of Masomo for Children Charity which helps advance the education of disadvantaged children and youth living in Mawanza, Tanzania.

When not working you will find Rob spending time with his young family or out on the golf course.
