Katherine is Director Permanent Search - Toronto with The Mason Group. She began her career in Finance & Accounting as an Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Toronto and San Francisco offices, focusing on clients in the mutual fund, private equity, hedge fund, insurance, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries.

Katherine participated heavily in the on-campus recruiting program while working at PwC. This keen interest and genuine excitement for the recruitment process convinced her to transition full-time into the recruitment industry with a Toronto-based multinational agency. With an extensive understanding of Finance & Accounting as well as recruiting, Katherine prides herself on connecting with candidates and providing them with the market understanding, knowledge and expertise to achieve their career objectives. From her experience in these industries, Katherine’s well-honed strategic and analytic insight provides her the business acumen to quickly grasp her client’s needs and to deliver the right fit for their long-term solutions.

Katherine graduated from Queen’s Commerce with minors in Finance & Accounting and received her CA designation in 2006. Katherine has worked as a Corporate Image Consultant and is an active volunteer with the Toronto Chapter of Dress for Success. She has traveled extensively around the globe.
