Ian O’Reilly is a Senior Search Consultant with The Mason Group. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Ian gained over 15 years of diversified experience within the Manufacturing, Technology, Distribution, and Logistics industries. He has an intimate knowledge of supporting Corporate, Sales & Marketing, as well as Supply Chain organizations from a Finance perspective. His most recent experiences, as Director of Finance, have been with two large international firms.
Ian is fully committed to going the extra mile to satisfying both his client and candidates in achieving their goals. Ian works closely with each of his clients and candidates to listen and understand their respective needs in order to generate the optimal outcome.
In 1999, Ian obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario.
