Jennifer Mazzarolo is a Partner with The Mason Group. She brings over 16 years experience obtained from progressive finance and accounting positions held in Public Accounting, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.

Jennifer's experience has enabled her to analyze the hiring process from both a candidate and client perspective within a range of industries. Due to her many accomplishments as a hiring manager, Jennifer has a proven understanding of the functional needs required by clients as well as the ability to accurately assess candidates' skill sets and backgrounds. Jennifer's drive to excel in customer service along with her collaborative style ensures her relationships, with both clients and candidates, will maximize a win-win outcome.

In 1989, Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies, concentrating in Finance & Economics, at The University of Western Ontario. In 1992, she went on to obtain her CA with Coopers & Lybrand.

Jennifer's community contributions include involvement with the Royal Canadian Golf Association, ICAO Tax Clinics, Canadian Cancer Society and as past Chair of the Parent/Teacher Council within her children's learning environment.
