Michael Dimaano is an Associate with The Mason Group Contract Division. Prior to joining The Mason Group, Michael gained over 10 years of recruitment experience in multinational organizations. He has supported Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Finance functions through a human resources capacity. In his last role as Human Resources Manager, Michael developed recruitment programs that had improved the efficiency of sourcing quality candidates.

Due to his accomplishments in human resources, Michael fully comprehends the recruitment process from both candidates’ and clients’ perspectives. His proven understanding of how to assess a candidate’s skill set and strengths results in a winning outcome for his clients.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Philippines.
