Carmela Tersigni is a Senior Search Consultant with The Mason Group. She is a Chartered Accountant with over fourteen years of experience. Carmela has held various finance positions in public accounting and within the communications and logistics industries.

Over her career, Carmela has been very successful in the hiring process and has received outstanding feedback with regards to staff career development. Her experience enables Carmela to clearly identify the needs and requirements of her clients and assess candidates’ qualifications resulting in successful matches.

Carmela obtained her Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Accounting & Finance, at Ryerson University. She then went on to obtain her CA designation while articling with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
