Anita M. Lee is a Senior Search Consultant with The Mason Group. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, she had worked in progressive accounting positions that catered to the financial services, real estate, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. Anita had also acted as Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, having managed investment management and private equity client as well as engagement teams of 2-15 members. She managed a team of eight as Manager, Canada Product & Client Services with Franklin Templeton Investments while serving as a member of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) Accounting Advisory Working Group.

Her breadth of experience in Finance and Accounting as well as her managerial expertise allows Anita to fully comprehend her candidates’ background and maximize their skills to achieve their long-term career objectives. She is able to effectively collaborate with her clients on their staffing requirements and remains focused on maintaining solid relationships with them to provide the right match for their recruitment needs.

Anita graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto and received her CA designation in 2008.
