Monica Arora is an Information Management Consultant with The Mason Group. Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Monica gained extensive experience in data management and analysis through roles in both the Logistics and Software industries.

Through her experience, Monica provides to the Mason Group with the ability and knowledge to tap into the hidden marketplace of jobs and people within the Accounting and Finance arena. Her expertise in CRM, data mining and reporting enables her to provide her colleagues with the tools and information necessary to ensure they efficiently find and match the right candidates to the right client roles.

Monica obtained her Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of Toronto. She is also currently working towards a CMA designation.
