Arlene Kobayashi is a Senior Associate with the Mason Group Contract Division. Arlene has spent the last three years at a large multinational recruiting firm, specializing in placing mid to senior level finance and accounting professionals on a contract basis. Arlene’s success in the industry can be attributed to her dedication and passion for understanding both client and candidate needs, and providing superior service and flexible solutions to both.

Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Arlene has 9 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, gained in both financial reporting and planning and analysis roles. Industry experience includes Technology, Financial Services, and Travel Services. Arlene obtained her Certified Management Accounting designation in 1999, and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor.
