Charlene Bergman is a Senior Search Consultant with The Mason Group and specializes in placing Accounting & Finance professionals at the mid and senior levels in permanent positions.

Charlene started in the recruitment industry in 1991 and has spent the past number of years working for a multinational placement firm specializing in Accounting and Finance, servicing a wide variety of industry sectors.  She was consistently a top performer at the firm and worked in progressive roles across the GTA. Charlene attributes her success to her passion for the business, partnering and building relationships with clients and candidates, providing exemplary value added service; and teamwork. She has the ability to understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates and create long term successful outcomes.

Prior to moving into Accounting & Finance recruitment, Charlene recruited in IT for a large Canadian specialist firm. This provides Charlene with a unique skill set that enables her to leverage her experience where these specialties overlap.

Charlene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from a University in South Africa.
