Mark Bottineau is a Senior Search Consultant with the Mason Group and specializes in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals at the mid and senior levels, in various industries.
Mark started his recruitment career in 1998. Prior to joining The Mason Group, Mark built his recruitment career at a large multinational firm, starting in contract placements, and then moved into the permanent placements. Within Mark’s years in recruitment, he has been recognized as a top performer. Due to his success Mark quickly took on a leadership role, leading and grooming other recruiters specializing in permanent placements. Mark attributes his passion for people, his years of experience, and knowledge of the market as the foundation of his success.
In 1997, Mark obtained an undergraduate degree from Lakehead University. Outside of work Mark enjoys coaching youth hockey and soccer.
