Payroll Supervisor

Our client located in the Milton area is looking for a Payroll Supervisor.  As Payroll Supervisor you will provide payroll services for the company supporting three locations across two provinces.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing Canadian payrolls using ADP Performance Pak software

• Analyzing data downloaded from ADP EZ labor

• Balancing and controlling earnings & deduction totals

• Ensuring all benefits/RRSP deductions are accurate  and that proper remittances are provided to carriers

• Designing ad-hoc reports required by management

• Assisting and providing support for system upgrades

Requirements:

• 5 years + payroll experience

• Canadian Payroll Certification

• Experience with ADP Performance Pak

• Experience with ADP EZ Labor
