M&A Integration Consultant - Contract

Our GTA client is looking for a senior consultant resource for a 3-month period to assist with an M&A transaction from a post-acquisition integration perspective.  The successful candidate for this hands-on role will lead the integration project and effectively execute on the integration plan developed by our client.

 Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Project management and administration

- Attending various strategic and business/operational meetings

- Cross-functional integration including Finance, HR and IT

- Finance functions i.e. purchase accounting, FMV, G/L integration, etc.

 The ideal profile for this role is a designated accountant who has extensive M&A transaction experience especially from a post-acquisition integration perspective.  You will also have project management experience and not be afraid of hands-on nor administrative work.  Strong communication, analytical and system skills are also required for this role.
