Sr. Financial Analyst

Our client located in mid-town Toronto is looking for a strong Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team.  Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist in providing portfolio-wide financial analysis, real estate project financial analysis, projections and modeling in support of strategic planning and the revitalization of communities, portfolio financing and risk mitigation. You will provide project-specific financial analysis in support of redevelopment and real estate transactions. You will also assist in special projects such as due diligence for sales and acquisition and project redevelopment tasks.

The ideal candidate must have or be pursuing and accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA) and have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role.  Preference will be given to candidates who have had experience working in the real estate sector.
