Accounting Manager

You are a CMA/CGA with strong technical experience in managing the month end close & financial reporting processes with efficiency and effectiveness.  You have the ability to troubleshoot and provide impactful suggestions to improve processes and analytics provided by Finance.

Our client, based in the west end, is seeking an Accounting Manager to support the Director of Finance. You will be responsible for leading the financial reporting processes, including tackling complex accounting issues, supervising a team and other accounting & reporting related tasks.

You have developed and demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to embrace change and a demonstrated track record of success.  Your attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively will be critical success factors in this role. You have at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Finance roles involving people management and must have hands on exposure with NAVISION.
